Please read these conditions carefully before using the ECM Technologies.co.uk website. By using this website, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Telephone Orders

All orders including telephone orders are subject to the conditions below. If these conditions are not acceptable then the customer needs to contact ECM Technologies Ltd within 7days and a refund less shipping costs will be given for unopened and unused goods.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 24hrs of cleared payment being received(subject to stock).

Payment

Payments must be received within 48hrs of purchase unless otherwise agreed in advance with ECM Technologies Ltd.

Events beyond our reasonable control

We would not, and will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
